This page states what has been tested and what has not. It makes no conformance claim, because a conformance claim covers every page, every state and every assistive technology, and this site has not been tested that broadly.
What we are building to
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the target for every page on this property. It is the standard the work is measured against and it is not a statement that the target has been met everywhere.
What has been tested
Automated testing on every page
axe-core at 320, 390, 768 and 1440 pixels wide, in both light and dark themes. Zero violations at the time of writing.
Keyboard reachability
Every interactive element, with a visible focus indicator confirmed on both the light surfaces and the dark bands.
Reduced motion
With the operating system preference set, nothing animates and nothing is left stranded or mispositioned.
Horizontal reflow to 320 pixels
Which is the width WCAG 2.2 names.
Colour contrast from rendered pixels
Measured from what is painted, because a translucent panel over a gradient is not decidable from the source.
What has not been tested
No screen reader has been used by a person
Automated tools do not substitute for that.
Forced colours and Windows High Contrast
Styles are written for them and they have not been exercised in a forced-colors environment.
Cognitive and language accessibility
Beyond plain wording, this has had no formal review.
Testing with people who use assistive technology
None has been done.
